Skinstore.com used to be excellent and was started by physicians years ago. I noticed a change last time I ordered one product.
It is no longer in California and is owned by a U.K. company. Beware! I unexpectedly ran out of product, went online and ordered several of the item.
Typically it arrives in a few days--not anymore. My call to the company was weird, and the woman was rude, almost like she was laughing at me. AmEx had an immediate dispute filed, and I will see that the package is returned to sender. No more will I order.
The service is bad. You have no idea whether the products you are receiving are fresh.
