Poor customer support and a sneaky company. 1.
I’ve noticed they charged my credit once they created the shipping label but won’t shipped until a week after consistently. 2. If they ship you an incorrect item, they will not send you return instructions until you dispute the charge with your credit card.
(My case I took me a little over a month to get the instructions) Even they are at fault, you have to pay for the return shipping first then they may reimburse you. (I choose to continue with my dispute).
